What is the main difference between Bumetanide and Furosemide?

The 1.0 mg dose of Bumetanide is equal to 40.0 mg dose of Furosemide. Bumex is quite powerful in comparison to Forsemide. The researchers have studied both medicines, but they didn’t found too many differences between both of them. Both offer effective cure for absorption of fluids, but Bumex is chosen more than Forosemide. Still the studies are going on both medicines and doctors are observing their good and bad sides to choose, which is the best for the patients with heart-failure and kidney diseases. Many patients respond effectively to Bumex, but not to Furosemide, so we can say that Bumetanide is a better medicine.
